A shell scheme booth cost is at €550/sqm with a minimum of 12 square metres. A shell scheme booth includes; partitioned side and back walls of 2.4mtrs high, fascia board with company name facing the aisle, 13 Amp power point, basic furniture, carpeting and lighting as detailed below.

Bare space cost is at €500/sqm with a minimum size of 36sqm. Special design stand allow exhibitors to build their stand to their own specifications. Two-storeys stands may be permitted at the discretion of the organiser and should it be approved, will incur and additional cost of €250/sqm for upper level.

To have a more exclusive and private presence at the event, your organization can opt for the Chalet where it can be accommodated to your specific requirements.
Gazebos are ideal for exhibitors who would like to be close to their static displays and mountain an outdoor presence. Located at the outdoor static area and tarmac, each gazebo is 36sqm (6m x 6m) and are priced at €11,000 per unit.
The Outdoor Exhibition Area is suitable for free-standing and large exhibits. Located strategically between the main hall and the chalets. The Outdoor Exhibitions Area is priced at €340/sqm.
Showcase your aircraft on the tarmac across the MIEC. Charges for the aircraft displays are as follow:
Showcase your boats and vessels on water at our Maritime exhibition hall. Charges for the on-water display area is €2,000 per vessel to the maximum length of 15 metres.
